Sodexo Pass Privileges - Important terms and conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions before proceeding to Sodexo Pass Privileges section:
1. All the enclosed offers are valid as per the dates mentioned on the coupons.
2. Sodexo Service Vouchers and Cards is neither responsible for goods/services at the participating establishments
nor is it liable for any defect or shortcoming of facilitating process of the goods/services so obtained/availed or
redeemed by Sodexo Service Vouchers and Cards users at the participating establishments.
3. The discount is bought to you by the participating merchants establishments voluntarily and as communicated to
Sodexo Service Vouchers and Cards.
4. Sodexo Service Vouchers and Cards and the participating outlet reserve the right to discontinue the offer without
notice.
5. The discount coupon has to be presented at the merchant establishment to avail the offer.
6. The discount coupon is only valid only for a single purchase/transaction at the merchant establishment to avail the
offer.
7. The discounts offers cannot be clubbed with other ongoing discounts and special deals at the affiliated outlet.
8. All disputes in relation to the Sodexo Service Vouchers and Cards shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of Courts at Mumbai only.
9. Sodexo reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without any prior notice to the
Sodexo Pass users.
10. Sodexo also reserves the right to change and modify the terms and conditions at any point in time without
prior notice to Sodexo Pass users.
11. Sodexo reserves the right to offer/ withdraw any special offers for a special set of users selected at its
discretion. Sodexo also reserves the right to accept/ decline a user's request at it's discretion.
12. Fulfillment of offers/ value deals against products/ services featured in the Sodexo Pass Privileges are subject to
availability of the goods and supplier warranties/restrictions at the time of redemption.
13. Disputes if any, arising out of the product or usage of the same needs to be taken up with the manufacturer of
the product.
